UP, UP AND AWAY WITH ›TUR TUR‹

›Tur Tur‹ is the name of the new high chair de-
signed by Eric Degenhardt for the new children’s
furniture collection from Richard Lampert. Like its
namesake from Michael Ende’s children’s book
›Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer‹ (›Jim
Button and Luke the Engine Driver‹), the high
chair appears to be enormous, and it’s only
when you look at it more closely you can see
that it offers children both, protection and a won-
derful overview of their surroundings.

Enthroning its occupant high above the floor,
›Tur Tur‹ functions as a piece of furniture, a play-
thing, a chill-out zone and somewhere to while
away the time in reflection, both indoors and
outdoors. You may as well sit on the floor inside
the steel frame, feeling like in a sort of house.
With a single blanket you create a tent…
No limit of imagination!

You can also store stuff in- and outside ›Tur Tur‹:
Everything a kid considers cool. Its steps are
equipped with shelves of varying sizes. You can
hang or lay anything from a ball to a racket, from
a skateboard to sneakers and jackets.

Not just a chair to sit on and a cupboard to store.
›Tur Tur‹ can do both, just cooler…
